    Nice, but…

    A bit disappointed with these lids as they do not seal against the Candela Tumbler. Purchased large tumbler and large lid and the seal does not meet the inside edge of the glass, meaning the lid is loose and easily falls off.

    Hi Troy, please get in touch with our staff on 02 8741 4000 and we will send you replacement seals that you shouild have received with your order
    There is an issue with some lids and we usually provide replacement seals which addresses this issue (a one time manufacturing issue effected some of the slim lids but is corrected with the replacement seals)
