    Candela Jars and lids

    I was very disappointed with the lids. The seal on some of them was so hard I didn't have the strength to put them on and some others were not manufactured properly. I had to try and fix the seal so they would fit and when I did they kept coming off. The last order I had from you had the same complaint and I was hoping it was a 'one off' thing but sadly this was not the case.

    Hi Freenyan,
    Thanks for the feedback, we are looking at this with our supplier to have larger air holes in the silicone seal to allow the air out of the jar when fitting the lid
    The lid will go on a bit easier if you place one side of the lid in and then push the lid sideways and then down to release the air
