    Hi Samiha,
    sorry to hear you had trouble with the lids, we have seen a similar issue in the past, however in that instance it was an issue with the volatility of the diffuser mixture creating pressure inside the bottle. We have not seen this issue with our diffuser base and using 10% fragrance, as used in our diffuser fragrances
    Another suggestion is not to fill the bottles all the way to the top, as this may cause air pressure under the lid
