    Frosted white candela tumbler

    Candles where abit chipped like the paint wasn’t fully covering the candles as they should I don’t no if it was just a bad batch.

    Hi Marley, thank you for your revie and comments. We import thousands of these jars and inevitably there can be some minor manufacturing defects which would not be identified when packing your order,. We appreciate it when customers let us know about any issues so that we can advise our manufacturer in a bid to continuously improve the quality of our products

    Not top quality

    Nice looking vessel , but disappointed with the quality of a paint job around top edges. Inconsistent like the ‘gloss exterior white’ …it’s a no from me

    Hi Caitlin, we work very hard with our suppliers to ensure the very best quality of our products, however given the sheer volume of stock we import and then distribute in bulk out to our customers, it is impossible to check all the stock before shipping
    As such , there may inevitably be some manufacturing defects found by customers, which would of course be replaced if its not up to our quality standards
